Light Vehicle Mechanic

UltraTune Emerald is actively looking for qualified mechanics. The Role This role is suited to qualified, experienced automotive mechanics who have the following qualities and a desire to be part of a team environment:
Excellent communication skillsAttention to detailAbility to work unsupervisedHigh standards in customer careExcellent work ethicA current driver's licenseGeneral servicing and repairs on a variety of vehiclesFault diagnosisSuspension & Brake repairsTrade Qualifications in AutomotiveTyre Fitting, Balancing experience.Experience and Qualifications in Air Conditioning Service and Re-gassing are desirable but not essential as we will train you.Very Good Diagnostic SkillsPrepared to supervise and provide excellent standards of servicing and repairs to all makes and models of vehicles (including 4WDs, SUVs, and European) in a busy, fast-paced workshop.Present to work in a punctual and presentable manner.Advise the Service Manager of any ongoing workshop issues or workplace concerns.Worksafe and environmentally friendly work approach.Must Have A Qualification in Light Vehicle MechanicsA current valid Australian Driver's LicenceJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive salary, based on experience. Full-time hours + overtime + weekend penalty rates
Pay: $75,000.00 – $92,000.00 per year
Schedule: 8 hour shiftWeekend availabilitySupplementary Pay: Overtime payPenalty ratesWork Location: In person
