Your working hours will be Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM.As the Lifestyle Team Leader, you will take the lead in designing, planning, delivering, and assessing activity and lifestyle programs that enhance the quality of life for our residents. Your role will involve creating and implementing enriching experiences that promote well-being and a fulfilling lifestyle for those in our care.Key Responsibilities:Leading, mentoring and supervising Lifestyle Officers, including reviewing performanceCoordination of onsite VolunteersLiaising with internal shared service teams & external services and community groupsResponding to employee, resident and client concerns in line with IRT's complaints management policy (commence workplace conduct investigations as required)Participating in Accreditation processes including preparation and site visitsEnsuring the management and delivery of the lifestyle program meets compliance standards and is in line with IRT policyParticipating in the recruitment, selection and orientation of team members in line with IRT's Policies and ProceduresTo Be Successful You Will Have:Certificate IV in Leisure and LifestyleCertificate IV in Leadership & Management (or willingness to obtain)Proven experience in a similar roleSound verbal, written, presentation, communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated problem solving, negotiating and organisational skillsAbility to plan and prioritise own work and/or work of others to meet deadlinesProficiency in using computer systems and devices including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel operating in a Microsoft Windows environmentDemonstrated understanding of the Aged Care Quality StandardsBenefits for You:Competitive pay and more cash in your pocket (less tax) with not-for-profit salary packagingFlexible working conditionsBirthday leave - relax and take a day off on us!Professional and career development opportunitiesMultiple career pathwaysDiscounted gym membershipsFree counselling via Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and staff wellness programHow to Apply:If you feel this is the right role for you, we'd love to hear from you!
