In addition to an above-award salary, we offer a hybrid work environment, immediate access to tax-reducing salary packaging and other generous conditions.About the RoleThe LGBTQIA+ Advisory Group Coordinator will be responsible for leading the setup and initial coordination of our new Advisory Group for the Peak.This role involves leading the administration and engagement of the group, coordinating strategy development, and collaborating with the Systemic Advocacy, Individual Advocacy, People & Culture and Communications teams on event participation and management.About YouYou will leverage your understanding of the current challenges within the LGBTQIA+ and disability communities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. Exceptional organisational and planning abilities, along with the capacity to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines, are required.
