The company promotes a collaborative and supportive work environment, offering exposure to leading technologies.Your new roleIn this exciting new role, you will be: Providing 2nd level support for a broad range of clients. Handling escalations for the level 1 Helpdesk team. Maintaining relationships with clients. Performing technical support of servers, network and hardware. Delivering a high level of customer service. Installing, maintaining and expanding the IT Infrastructure for clients. What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in your application, you will need: Demonstrated experience of providing level 2 IT support. Sound knowledge of Windows Server, Exchange, Office 365, VMware / Hyper-V, Hardware and LAN / WAN Networks. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, VMware and ITIL certifications are beneficial. Prior experience working within a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy organisation is highly advantageous. Current driver's license and access to a vehicle is required.
