We currently have three full-time, permanent positions available for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the bank as a Lending Enquiries Consultant in our Moe office.
The Lending Enquiries Consultant is responsible for handling inbound customer enquiries.
What you will be doingInbound enquiries (phone, online, mail & fax) in accordance with Bank Australia's policies and procedures in a professional and efficient manner with an emphasis on delivering exceptional service.Participate in the Bank's quality assurance program to achieve quality, productivity and service targets.A willingness to learn about legislation governing lending and its impact on day-to-day loan processing.Review loan procedures and policy and apply them to day-to-day work.Participate in staff training and development as required.What you will bringKnowledge of banking products and services, or a willingness to learn.Knowledge of lending legislation (e.g.
