About The Role Your main goal as an Auswide Bank Lending Consultant is to support the Home Lending needs of our direct to bank customers across the Rockhampton and Yeppoon regions.
Cultivate effective relationships with branch staff to generate growth in lending volumes.
To support you in this role, a suite of tools and training is readily available to guide you to success.
Key Responsibilities :         Support clients seeking Home or Investment Loan products.
Contribute to the success of the local Branch Network by actively sourcing and responding to lending opportunities and customer needs.
Assess and recommend loan applications for approval.
Identify opportunities to cross sell and promote Auswide Bank's range of financial products and services to customers based on their specific needs.
These can include, but are not limited to, General and Mortgage Protection Insurances and Credit Cards.
Develop effective ways to promote both your personal and Auswide Bank's brand to local introducers and people of influence within the local areas.
About You As well as having excellent & effective problem solving, negotiation and communication skills, you will also need to:          Have a background and proven experience and ability in Home and Investment Lending transactions, from sourcing new business opportunities through to Loan settlement.
Be passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
Demonstrate the ability to work towards individual performance and compliance measures.
