About the role An exciting career opportunity exists in our busy Melbourneoffice for an experienced full-time Legal Secretary in our BuildersWarranty practice group.
Some of your duties will include:
Collating and editing court documents, including'splitting' electronic files File management, including opening new files andclosing/archiving concluded matters Drafting correspondence and documents, briefs toCounsel and briefs to medical experts Filing documents with the Courts Telephone calls to clients, Courts, other law firmsand third parties Monthly billing, including invoicing andpreparation of bills.
