Legal Receptionist

The Role

As the all-important client-facing member of the firm, your duties will include:


Greeting clients and guests to the firmAttending to incoming phone calls and forwarding messagesPreparing mail and couriersMaintaining the Boardroom and Meeting room in readiness for meetingsOrganising refreshments for guests in the meeting roomsOrdering stationeryEntering receiptsOpening filesGeneral admin dutiesYou

To be successful in this role, you will have prior receptionist experience, ideally in a law or professional services firm. In addition, you will have excellent presentation and communication skills.

Our client is a lovely law firm that is centrally located on the Gold Coast and within walking distance to the beach. They offer a fantastic working culture and modern offices. Salary to $70K + super, depending on experience.
