This is a full-time role with flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week.Prior legal experience is advantageous but not required.You will be involved in:Telephone handling for the team;Attending client signing meetings, printing documents for meetings and correspondence with clients;Drafting of documentation, as required;Assisting with the preparation of monthly team billing;Management of all client file maintenance for the team including opening files and preparing engagement letters;Maintaining Partners/lawyers' contacts in our firm CRM InterAction, including assisting with list management on their behalf for events and communications;Organising travel arrangements, as directed; andOther ad-hoc duties as required.About YouYou will ideally have the following skills and experience:A great attitude and willingness to learn;Excellent attention to detail;Strong organisational skills, ability to multitask and meet deadlines;An ability to handle busy workload and competing timelines;Strong IT skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel; andExperience in using legal billing system and client management program (e.g., Aderant).About UsHall & Wilcox is a leading independent Australian law firm.
