The ideal candidate is an intermediate to senior legal assistant with at least three years of experience in a professional firm. You will bring a strong sense of motivation, outstanding organisational skills, and a genuine commitment to providing exceptional support to your authors.Furthermore, you will demonstrate the following attributes:An ability to exercise initiative;Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders;Proactive time management and effective management of competing deadlines;Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout all tasks;Self-motivation with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;A collaborative spirit, working well with your team and other legal assistants across the firm;Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of software applications.BenefitsAt McCullough Robertson, we encourage a balanced work environment.
