We are looking for a Legal Assistant who can deliver exceptional service within a high performing team. You are someone who is proactive and works collaboratively in a team environment with strong initiative.
Key ResponsibilitiesLiaising with clients and stakeholdersUnderstanding of matter management and importance of maintaining confidentialityProvide support to partner on Board/Executive related mattersDiary managementStrong understanding of billing processes and ability to handle complex billing requirementsArranging travel (including flights and accommodation)Assisting with events and business development activitiesRequired Skills and Personal AttributesOutstanding organisational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional attention to detailProactive and able to work with limited supervisionHigh level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)Advanced knowledge of CMS/Aderant or other finance related softwareAbility to develop and foster excellent professional relationships internally and with clientsAbout UsCorrs Chambers Westgarth is Australia's leading independent law firm.
