We are seeking twolegal assistants to join our float team, providing supportacross various departments. Working closely with corporate servicesand all the legal workgroups, some of your general duties willinclude:
Providing exceptional and proactive administrative supportat a firm-wide level.Covering annual and sick leave for the wider administrationteam.Covering relief reception as required.Diary management and meeting coordination with clients andkey internal and external stakeholders.Secretarial support for high-volume general administrativetasks.File management, including opening and closing files andongoing management of electronic files.Please note that due to the nature of this role, the successfulcandidate must beavailable to work from 9 am to 5:30 pm.
Experience You will ideally have 1-3 years' experience as a LegalAssistant , with a proven track record of supporting busyteams and managing competing priorities. You will need to beadaptable and flexible in your role, where, at times, you will berequired to work across multiple teams. Successful candidates willbe able to demonstrate the following attributes:
