Your responsibilities include:Develop and execute proactive strategies to enhance legal risk management controls;Offer guidance, negotiation, drafting, and advice on commercial contracts;Provide counsel on contracts, legal risks, and liabilities across various commercial scenarios, ensuring compliance; andAssist in delivering briefings to the Executive Leadership Team, Board, and Audit & Risk Committee regarding contract matters and legal advice.About YouThe ideal candidates will be commercially astute and have a minimum of 3 years PAE with proven experience in commercial contracts management and negotiation. In addition, you will also possess the following:Admitted as a Solicitor in QLD;5+ years' post-qualification experience.
