Leasing Coordinator - Commercial Partnerships & RevenueDescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic individual with exceptional administration, communication, time management, and organisational skills to join our team as a Leasing Coordinator. This role will be a key support to the leasing business unit with the overall objective of maximizing revenue opportunities, enhancing customer relationships, and ensuring the overall success of our third line revenue opportunities.

About the role Administration & Financial tasks related to leasing agreements and revenue tracking.Client Account Management & Support to ensure excellent customer relationships.System & Processes maintenance for efficient operations.Stakeholder Management with internal and external partners.About you Qualifications in business administration, sales support, leasing or property highly regarded.High level of IT proficiency including the Microsoft Office 365 package.Experience in casual leasing, leasing or other similar sales support rolesFamiliar with relevant Retail Leases Acts (including Casual Mall Licensing Code of Practice) would be desirable.Proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to solve problems, improve systems and procedural efficiency and effectiveness and resolve issues as they ariseAccount Management and sales support (client account management, client experience support, commercial acumen).Able to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including leasing, clients. retailers, centre management and broader Haben team members.This role will be based out of our Head Office currently based in Edgecliff until we relocate to our brand new office in Double Bay in the coming months. Some travel may be required to all of our assets in our portfolio from time to time.
