The Role: Conducting & running open homes Liaising with tenants Processing rental applications Ingoings & outgoings – you will provide support to the property management team Conducting Open Homes Diary Management Prepare properties for online advertising Preparing leases and lease packs Ad hoc administration duties The Candidate: All training provided (minimal real estate experience is advantageous) A Car, Drivers License & Certificate of Registration We are looking for someone who is excited to join a fun team Exceptional organizational and time management skills A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed The ability to provide a high level of service Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010 The Benefits: Great entry level role for a young & ambitious candidate!
