As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone Conducting open homes and open-for-inspections Ingoing & outgoing inspections Prepare properties for online advertising Lease sign ups Preparing leases and lease packs Ad hoc administration duties The Candidate: A valid NSW real estate licence/certificate of registration A NSW driver's licence and reliable, well-presented vehicle Exceptional communication skills and a professional phone manner Excellent organisational and time management proficiency Capability to operate effectively both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
