Learning Support Officers

Loreto College Ballarat is an independent Catholic secondary school for girls who have been proudly educating young women of influence for almost 150 years.

We are currently seeking Learning Support Officers to join our team commencing in 2025. These roles will be working across all year levels within the College with Full time/Part time (Ongoing and Fixed Term) and Casual opportunities available.
The Learning Support Officer's role is to assist teachers and support student learning in a range of classroom settings. As members of our Learning Diversity Team, the successful applicants will provide learning support to individuals or groups with additional learning needs to allow student access, participation and engagement in the curriculum.
The College seeks applicants who hold a minimum of Certificate 3 in Learning Support, a valid Working with Children Check and Police Check. An awareness of, and commitment to the College's aims as a Catholic College and a demonstrated commitment to the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children is essential.
