A day in the life… This role reports to the Leadership and Organisational Development Business Partner.
Partner with the business to understand, assess, and report on learning needs and priorities. You will develop tailored learning plans and interventions that align with business strategies. Leverage emerging technologies and creative approaches to revolutionise our talent development initiatives. Collaborate with global and regional learning teams to ensure the successful implementation of learning solutions. Facilitate training programs and coordinate engagement with external vendors as needed. Support the development and implementation of leadership learning and organisational capability projects. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends. Be an active member of the global learning and development community. Play a key role in enhancing our onboarding to ensure new hires and line managers have an engaging and effective start What will make you successful… Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Development, or a related field Proven experience in learning, HR advisory and organisational development or preferably in a multinational organisation Understanding of learning needs analysis and instructional design principles Familiarity with emerging learning technologies and platforms Excellent digital acumen, communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and to network with colleagues working in different geographical areas Passion for facilitating training sessions and strong project management and organisational skills Innovative mindset with a passion for driving change and continuous improvement High level communication and facilitation skills Full Australian working rights and applicants will be required to undergo pre-employment checks, including but not limited to health checks, prior to appointment to this role.
