Huon's People and Culture Team have a great opportunity for an inspired individual to join the team and do great work, in a dynamic industry. In a nutshell, the Learning & Organisational Development partner is responsible for designing, project managing and evaluating development initiatives that support business growth and continuous improvement.
The opportunity Reporting to the Organisational Development Manager, the focus areas for the role are:
Conducting training needs analysis to inform workforce planning activities.Developing learning solutions for individuals and cross organisation capability.Designing initiatives to support change.Coaching and supporting teams and managers.Impact measurement and identifying trends.To be successful The role would be well suited to a Learning & Development practitioner who has outgrown their foundations or is an early career Organisational Development practitioner wanting to build their portfolio in an interesting and diverse business.
The key skills and attributes we are looking for are:
The ability to listen and relate to people at all levels, including managing different opinions and conflicting priorities.Previous experience in a Learning & Development or Organisational Development environment; focused on development outcomes and employee experience.The ability to take a concept and design it into a deliverable product.A track record of successfully delivering the end-to-end process of project delivery, demonstrating enough flexibility to adjust and reiterate as needed to deliver quality products and services.Apply now Submit your resume and cover letter by 9:00am Friday, 24 January 2025.
