The role As an Organisational Development Specialist at TasWater you'll play a key role in enabling delivery of Our Strategy through the development and delivery of initiatives that build capability, drive leadership excellence, enhance culture and employee engagement, improve performance and productivity, and build on our culture of equity, inclusion and belonging.
Key accountabilities Deliver a range of Organisational Development (OD) initiatives related to organisational culture and engagement, leadership and team development, talent management and performance.
Provide change management leadership, coaching, and support to ensure the successful implementation of organisational development initiatives.
Coach, consult and provide specialist advice to leaders and teams in relation to a broad variety of OD topics.
Monitor and evaluate OD initiatives, supporting planning to maximise impact, return on investment and feed continuous improvement.
What we're looking for To be successful in this role you will be a pragmatic organisational development practitioner, with demonstrated experience in delivering exceptional people and business outcomes.
Ideally, we're looking for: Experience in the design, facilitation and implementation of organisational development, change management and people initiatives related to some or all these areas - organisational culture and engagement, leadership and team development, talent management and performance.

The details This role can be based in either Hobart, Launceston, or Devonport and attracts a salary of $145,000 - $160,000 (inclusive of superannuation), negotiable dependent on experience.
