An outline of this opportunity: Capability planning and management for the portfolio. Carrying out the annual needs analysis and annual training plan development. Partnering with stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver the above processes. Working on learner experiencer within venues to deliver the result. Coach venue training leads to develop capability and skills. Delivery and maintenance of solutions within the portfolio which could include upskilling informal trainers and direct facilitation of related learning. Consult on learning design, development, evaluation, logistics and coordination.
