What you'll contribute to: An exciting new opportunity for a Learning & Organisational Development Manager (L&OD Manager) has been created to support the needs of QAL's ever growing business through best practice creation and facilitation of development programs.
This role reports directly to the GM, People and Culture and is responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand and successfully execute the end-to-end delivery of all things L&OD.
Nathalie joined QAL in 2018 as a People and Culture Manager and has recently been promoted into the Senior People and Manager role and shares her unique experience working with QAL.

How will you make an impact? As an L&OD Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for identifying, designing, implementing and managing the learning and development requirements of QAL in order to ensure the delivery of the QAL people strategic plan.
You will utilise your depth of experience to support leaders at QAL with a best-in-class approach to performance, engagement and organisational effectiveness in a dynamic workplace containing both corporate and operational roles.
Your coaching expertise (Gallup Strengths coach accreditation or equivalent) coupled with your advanced training background will allow you to leverage your strengths in a hands-on manner to get the best outcomes for QAL.
Key deliverables/responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop and manage a learning architecture framework and comprehensive learning and development programs that address both identified organisational needs and align to the company's vision and goals over time. To ensure business success through the identification of skill gaps and development opportunities across the organisation and by designing and implementing customised learning programs using appropriate content and methodologies to achieve business objectives Facilitate training sessions, workshops and seminars, ensuring diverse delivery options. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevancy of learning content. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders including training vendors, consultants and educational institutions. Specifically deepen and leverage the organisation's relationships and partnerships with key educational institutions such as Universities and Tafe. Manage the learning management systems (LMS) and/or other training platforms including content uploads, user management and compliance reporting to ensure compliance with the companies obligations.
