About the role: We are seeking a Learning and Development Partner to join our dynamic team in a pivotal group-wide role within our scaling organisation. This permanent, full-time position requires occassional travel across the Rockpool Homes, however could be based at Carseldine, or any of our other Homes in south-east Queensland.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Utilise credible sources and conduct needs analyses to develop a comprehensive training calendar for Homes across the Rockpool group Design and implement innovative training programs that drive clinical and operational excellence Act as a champion of our onboarding programs to ensure an exceptional learning and onboarding experience for new team members Develop and oversee the RN Graduate Program, fostering the next generation of nursing professionals Collaborate with our homes to manage the student placement program effectively Coach and mentor student buddies to enhance the student learning experience Provide regular reporting to leadership and support compliance with training matrix requirements This position provides the opportunity to engage directly with our diverse teams, supporting their ongoing development and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
