This role presents an exciting challenge for a dedicated, imaginative, problem-solving, and outcome-orientated learning and development expert who has expertise in creating and implementing blended learning solutions, usinghuman-centered design principles, and Articulate 360. Reporting to the Team Leader, Regulatory Learning and Development, you will work within a team of dedicated and highly skilled L&D professionals and collaborate across the organisation to design, develop and deliver high-quality learning outcomes. Your learners are passionate about protecting people and the environment from the harmful effects of pollution and waste. You will be directly involved in designing, creating and supporting engaging learning to equip our people to be the best they can be - effectively operating within the environmental protection framework established under theEnvironment Protection Act 2017.
In this role you will: Scope, design, develop and deliver learning products to meet learner needs.Embed evaluation methodology in the design and delivery of learning solutions to ensure continual improvement.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to foster a culture of continual learning throughout EPA,both virtual and face-to-face.Work with experts in the field to identify and define learning needs.Skills and experience: Relevant qualifications (Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or Certificate IV in Learning Design and Facilitation is highly desirable). Highly developed skills in instructional/learning design and development.Experience developing eLearning, face-to-face materials, and assessment tools.Creativity and a desire to find innovative ways to deliver learning experiences.Experience facilitating learning and assessment activities.A passion for learning and working as part of a team.Click the "Apply" button to submit your application and cover letter addressing the key selection criteria.
