Job Description We are currently offering an exciting role for an experienced Learning and Development Adviser.
This opportunity is for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Learning and Development team on a permanent part-time basis.
The role is based at our headquarters in Clayton, Melbourne and may require some local and interstate travel on occasion.
Position responsibilities will include: Close collaboration and consultation with various business units to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored learning and development solutions.
Developing the right solutions to the right audience at the right time and offering relevant and strategic advice that drives impactful results.
Designing and facilitating learning modules and programs utilising own current knowledge and seeking expertise relevant to the learning needs.
Providing flexible and sustainable learning solutions to meet both group and individual learning needs.
Engaging with and coaching individuals to enhance their current skill set and their growth potential.
Collaborating with topic experts both internally and externally to deliver up-to-date best practice learning experiences.

The successful candidate will have experience in leadership development, exceptional workshop design and facilitation skills, and be invested in the ongoing development of the organisation into the future.
Qualifications The Learning and Development Adviser will truly engage and partner with business units to understand their learning and development needs and provide relevant solutions either internally with their own development, facilitation, and coaching skills, or to external facilitators, coaches and content experts.
To be considered for this position you are required to meet the following criteria: Extensive L&D experience in a similar role.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Experience and expertise in a range of topics either business or HR related to be able to facilitate learning.
Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning principles.
Digital experience for online platforms and learning opportunities highly desirable.
