Are you a driven sales professional passionate about building lasting relationships and achieving outstanding results? Leaky Roof is looking for a Customer Relationship Representative to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Objectives of This Role Exceed personal and departmental sales goals. Build and nurture a robust pipeline of prospects. Foster long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business, referrals, and testimonials. Represent Leaky Roof as a brand ambassador, upholding our values and showcasing our exceptional services. Responsibilities: Actively seek new sales opportunities through networking, outreach, and partnerships. Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying potential clients to closing deals. Develop long-term partnerships through proactive networking. Customer Relationship Management Establish, develop, and maintain strong business and customer relationships. Educate clients about Leaky Roof's services and provide tailored advice. Market Analysis and Strategy Research market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges. Suggest and adapt sales strategies based on market insights. Sales Reporting and Forecasting Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly results and forecasts) to meet or exceed targets. Identify and capitalize on potential opportunities through analysis. Lead Management Review inspection results, prepare cost estimates, and present proposals to potential clients. Implement follow-up strategies to close sales and maintain contact with clients throughout their customer journey. Mentorship and Collaboration Support junior sales representatives by providing training, guidance, and feedback. Collaborate with team members to maximize results. Contract Negotiation Negotiate contracts, establish timeframes, and set payment schedules. Engage with clients to understand their needs and finalize agreements. What We're Looking For Proven sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation abilities and problem-solving mindset.
