About the Position In conjunction with the Sportsground Maintenance Foreperson, you will be responsible for developing & implementing the turf management programs across the Sports Field division to meet the established service standards.
Skills and Experience Qualifications and experience in turf wicketsRelevant Degree, Diploma or proven experience and achievements in HorticultureExperience in understanding horticultural/turf management principles and applying them to practical scenarios.Experience in positive development of staff and workgroups.Experience in communication with internal and external stakeholders.Well-developed problem-solving and influencing skills.Exceptional team working and collaboration skills.Requirements Employee Working with Children's Check (if applicable)Satisfactory National Police CheckOther pre-employment checks may be required depending on the role requirements.As a City of Monash employee, your personal and professional development is a key focus for us.
