About the Role
We're currently seeking Leading Hands/ Plant Operators with experience in the Asphalt Industry, Civil Construction and Road Maintenance to express their interest in being part of our team for upcoming projects. Positions will be based in Cairns and surrounding areas.
We are particularly interested in filling the following positions:

Leading Hand with Civil background
Plant Operators
Civil Support Officers
HC truck drivers

All applicants must be willing to work night shifts and remotely if required.
Skills & Attributes

Current at least MR driving licence
Relevant Machinery Tickets
Industry White Card
Sound oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
Effective time and workload management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
Confidence to work unsupervised or in a team environment
Full Australian working rights

Key Duties

Leading Hand experience
Concreting/form setting/timber
Machine Operations
Forklift Operations
Working around bulk earthworks and services
Assist on the ground with site labourers where required
Capacity to undertake multiple driving tasks involved in road construction
