With a rapidly expanding portfolio of committed work across the commercial, retail and development sectors, opportunities abound for an experienced Leading Hand to join our team. This role will see you working with the Site Manager to supervise a team of tradesmen and subcontractors (between 10 - 100 staff per site) to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with the construction program. You will enjoy the opportunity to work with industry-leading clients and gain exposure to the opportunities often afforded to larger organisations, while enjoying the fun and variety of a nimble team enterprise. Ultimately, you will be part of a team which helps Prime Build to produce high quality buildings and products which exceed the expectations of our clients.
About YouYou will ideally have trade qualifications and at least five years' experience in the construction industry, with experience in fit out/refurbishment an added bonus. You'll be a self-starter and a clear communicator, working well across teams to get the job done on time and with no defects. With safety our priority, you'll also have a strong focus on safety for you and your team.
