Job Description About You You will need to be an experienced Leading Hand/Junior Foreman with a focus on implementing quality, safety, and environmental processes.
Ideally, we would like to employ someone who wants to develop their commercial construction career and can work well in a team.

Qualifications What we need Qualifications relevant to the role with a strong preference for a carpentry trade background Extensive experience in building construction Proven 3 years minimum experience with small to medium commercial projects within the commercial, education, medical, childcare, industrial, or multi-residential sectors Be competent in understanding and delivering both the building structure and the finishes Have an eye for detail Excellent communication and personal skills A person who is hands-on, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and quality-driven Be able to work successfully in a team environment (this is not negotiable; you must fit in with our Company Culture) Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standards Good computer/mobile device skills for daily use of Programs & Apps (e.g. Procore) Additional Information About You Enthusiastic and driven individuals, with high standards and willingness to learn will thrive working alongside a team of exceptional professionals.
