What you'll do Our Leading Hands are great communicators who build trust through leading by example. Working closely with our Branch Manager, you will be responsible for a team, up to 7 mechanics. You'll build relationships with our teams through the quality, reliability and efficiency of your work.
What your day will look like? Providing guidance and training to your mechanicsHave great communication with your team, customers, and our customer service squadResponsible for carrying out assigned general repairs and servicing work on a variety of trucks and trailersComplete daily job sheets and time sheetsProvide outstanding all-round service to our customersMaintain a safe & clean workspaceSupporting your team by providing solutions and encouraging new ideas.Motivating your team and incorporate the Truck Tech values, journey and vision.AM Shift - Mon to Fri: 6AM to 3PM.
