Eneabba, Geraldton, Gascoyne & Midwest WAFull timeCentrals Earthmoving Company was established in 1985 and has since grown into a solid performing civils construction and mining services contractor throughout regional Western Australia.The Leading Hand will be based on-site in the Mid-West region on a major civils construction project, working a 10:4 DIDO roster. If you have strong leadership skills and are committed to driving safety and quality on every project, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise a team of civil construction workers, including employees and sub-contractors, delegating tasks and ensuring work is completed to the highest standards.Continually motivate your team to maintain high employee satisfaction by providing hands-on support, guidance, and leading by example.Collaborate with the Site Supervisors to ensure project milestones are met.Keep track of materials and equipment to make sure they are in place when needed.Strong commitment to maintaining a safety culture.About YouMRWA experience in Bulk Earthworks and Pavements (essential).General understanding of MRWA specifications (essential).Previous experience leading crews/teams in the civil and road construction industry.Ability to perform General Civil works.Proven ability in the operation of mobile plant machinery and equipment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Construction White Card and current Driver's Licence.Must be willing to provide a National Police Clearance and undergo a pre-employment medical.What We Offer:10:4 Roster, DIDO from Perth.Generous hourly rate + project uplift.Immediate start.Project located on coastal environment in Mid-West.Great accommodation and meals.5 weeks Annual Leave after 12-month anniversary.How to Apply:Click on the above link 'Quick apply' or email your cover letter and CV to part of a team that embraces diverse talent, working together in a safe environment delivering strategic outcomes and creating lasting positive impacts.Central Earthmoving is an Equal Opportunity Employer that is committed to developing and maintaining a diverse workforce.
