This highly regarded organisation in Heatherbrae, who are a leader in the automotive industry, are looking for a Leading Hand Mechanic to oversee the daily operations.

· Oversee daily workshop operations such as: major repair programs, fault finding and quality assurance · Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and procedures · Provide employees with on-the-job training and coaching for maintenance tasks, inventory needs and work documentations · Raise purchase orders and process relevant invoices.
· Maintain all workspaces, tools and equipment in line with company expectations.
To be successful, you will possess the following: · Valid working rights in Australia/Australian Citizenship/Permanent Residency · Relevant trade qualifications · Compliance with safety protocols and company policies · Experience in vehicle servicing and maintenance (training provided for ongoing development) · Strong written and verbal communication skills Momentum is innovative, results-driven & customer focused.
