As a Leading Hand/ForemanCarpenter, you'll combine hands-on craftsmanship with leadershipresponsibilities, guiding your team to deliver exceptional results.Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.Role Split: 50% on the tools, 50% managing multiple jobs.Team Structure: Work in a team of 1 builder, 5 carpenters, 3 apprentices, a project manager and an administrator.Scope: Projects located all around Sydney.Tools & Vehicle: Own tools required; company vehicle provided.What's On OfferSalary: $95k + superannuation + company vehicle.Culture: Be part of a supportive and friendly team who are passionate about building homes our client's love to live in?Ability : to take a step back from the tools and oversee projects and forward think to ensure the best outcome for the clientCareer Development: Opportunities to advance your skills in high-end residential construction.
