Leading Hand - Builder / Developer

Our client is a highly regarded property developer with 25 years of expertise in designing, constructing, and managing award-winning residential and mixed-use developments. With several projects currently underway and a robust pipeline of future developments, they are now looking to recruit experienced Leading Hands or Subforemen to join their team on their flagship project.Ideal Candidate for This Role:You possess a building or carpentry qualification and can accurately interpret construction have 3 to 5 years of on-site experience in residential high-rise or mid-rise construction have a deep understanding of key trades, especially in are hands-on and can complete tasks independently without have experience supervising subcontractors or laborers and can provide detailed updates to assist in managing the project's progress.Experience in commercial, aged care, and hospitality projects is a demonstrate leadership, willingly share your knowledge, help others succeed, and consistently uphold the company's values with respect.Responsibilities of This Role:Conduct pre-starts, site inductions, and toolbox talks.Prepare areas daily to ensure subcontractors can commence work.Ensure all work complies with construction drawings and plans.Adhere to and enforce workplace health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.Provide comprehensive daily reports to the Supervisor.Utilise tools, equipment, and machinery to aid team efforts.Coordinate on-site activities under the supervision of the Supervisor.Benefits of This Role:Be valued as part of a supportive working environment known for high standards in quality, safety, and productivityCompetitive salary with incentives along with long term stability and opportunities for growthPlease apply for immediate consideration or feel free to contact Don Weraksa on to have a confidential chat over the phone.
