Leading Hand Arborist Minor Tree Works Permanent Full Time + fortnightly RDO's $70,000 - $80,000 + super Technical – Service Delivery We are seeking a Leading Hand Arborist for Minor Tree Works to oversee and coordinate streetscape maintenance operations for our rapidly growing city council. You'll play a key role in preserving our natural environment, using the latest tools and techniques to keep our city's trees healthy, safe, and thriving.

What Will You Be Working On Lead, prioritise and manage activities of the team to meet our community needs.Maintain trees to a high standard and be responsible for quality and completion of work.Conduct work within road reserves as well as City managed lands managing vegetation.Operate the Council's machinery, including chainsaws, vehicles and other small plant to carry out arboriculture works and maintenance.What Are We Looking For You bring significant experience and passion in tree maintenance, including high-risk locations.You hold an accreditation in Level III Certificate in Arboriculture or relevant equivalent qualification (desirable).You have strong leadership skills and experience guiding a crew.You know how to plan jobs safely and effectively.You hold a basic work traffic management certification.You hold a valid MR or HR license.The Perks Available to You We are set up to improve your Wellbeing - Free membership to Armadale Fitness and Aquatic Centre, offering access to gym, pool, sauna, group classes as well as an annual calendar of Wellbeing events.If you put in extra super, we will match it (up to a maximum of 15%) which will help secure your financial future.Two additional days off per year.Employee Assistance Program for personal and professional support.17.5% Annual Leave Loading for when you take annual leave.How to Apply: Click on Apply and send us your CV.
