The Roles: CAS Coordinator As the CAS Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the transformative experience of our IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) students through the Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS) framework. Your responsibilities will include:
Championing Experiential Learning: Promote the value of CAS by connecting academic learning with real-world experiences, inspiring students to make a difference.Fostering Community Connections: Collaborate with local and international organizations to enhance students' CAS experiences.Supporting Student Growth: Guide students in setting personal and social goals, helping them navigate their CAS journey with resilience and independence. Curriculum Coordinator for Middle Years Programme (IB MYP) As the Curriculum Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our pedagogical leadership, working closely with our dedicated team to implement and enrich the IB Middle Years Programme. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading Innovation: Inspire teachers to adopt contemporary, problem-based learning approaches, creating authentic learning experiences that transcend traditional subject boundaries.Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with educators to promote best practices, uphold academic integrity, and support the personal growth of both students and staff.Professional Development: Guide and facilitate professional learning opportunities that deepen understanding of the MYP and enhance teaching practices across the college.
