Location: Australia (Flexible, with potential for travel) Job Type: Full-time, with Contracting and Permanent Roles Available Job Description: As a Business Analyst at Atlas Digital Innovations, you will be a crucial member of our Agile Scrum team, responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and the development team to ensure that all project deliverables align with business objectives and user requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Engagement: Engage proactively with business owners, IT stakeholders, end-users, and Scrum team members to gather and clarify requirements, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
Requirements Gathering: Elicit, document, and manage detailed business and functional requirements to support the development of high-quality digital products.
Process Analysis: Analyse current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and ensure that proposed solutions meet business needs effectively.
Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including user stories, use cases, process maps, and functional specifications, to guide the development team and stakeholders.
Backlog Management: Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring that the team focuses on delivering the most valuable features first.
Solution Design: Work with the Scrum team to design and validate solutions, ensuring they are feasible, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
Quality Assurance: Assist in the testing process by defining acceptance criteria, reviewing test cases, and validating that delivered features meet the specified requirements.
Change Management: Manage and communicate changes to requirements and project scope, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned with any adjustments.
Continuous Improvement: Provide insights and recommendations for improving business processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance overall project efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within Agile teams.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to gather, analyse, and document business requirements effectively.
Experience in managing and prioritising product backlogs in collaboration with Product Owners.
Familiarity with digital product development and a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and business performance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions based on data and insights.
