Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads to support our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of telemarketing techniques.
Responsibilities

Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients to generate leads.
Qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening to understand client needs.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into customers.
Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and report on progress regularly.

Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in telemarketing or lead generation roles.
Excellent telephone manner and presentation skills.
Must be able to take rejection as this is a new business role and people do say NO!
Someone who is bubbly, cheerful and can talk to anyone.
Very reliable & a good timekeeper.
Hard Worker who is a Good Team Player.
