Job description:
We are looking for a full-time Lead Process Engineer to join our team, working Monday to Friday at our Kwinana plant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing process design.

We seek an individual who can make sound decisions, manage the creative processes of others, establish clear direction, and demonstrate exceptional stakeholder engagement and influence.
Profile description:
Responsible for enhancing operational performance through process improvements and capital projects, while fulfilling all process engineering requirements to achieve these goals.Oversee and implement change initiatives as needed.Review design documents for process modification projects.Collaborate with third parties to achieve detailed designs for process improvement projects.Conduct capital planning.Assist in budget preparation and cost control for the plant.Identify key cost drivers.Develop and manage the process design, including the mass and energy balance of the plant.Define plant capacities, identify constraints, and propose necessary plant modifications.Prepare and submit reports to management.Monitor and optimise production processes.Contribute to the development of detailed production plans.Analyse and optimise production.Responsible for regular production reporting and providing production and inventory data for financial reporting.Manage team health and safety, as well as process safety.Ensure environmental compliance with license conditions.Lead the implementation of process safety principles.Supervise and develop technical staff through coaching, training, and performance reviews.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
10+ years' professional experience in a similar industry.Operating and design experience in similar refinery processes.Committed and practical approach to the safety and well-being of all staff.A champion for continuous improvement of all operational processes.Bachelor's degree or higher (Chemical Engineer).Experience in leading process engineering teams in operations/design.We offer:
