A well-established dental practice in Adelaide is seeking a dedicated Lead Dentist to join their busy team. The clinic is proud to provide high-quality dental care in a supportive and patient-centered environment. It is a modern practice equipped with the latest technology and committed to ongoing professional development and a positive work culture.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of 3 OHT's and 4 Dentists, ensuring high standards of care and teamwork.Deliver comprehensive dental services, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic treatments.Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.Oversee and mentor junior dentists and support staff.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and protocols.Foster a welcoming and comfortable environment for patients.Qualifications and Skills:Degree in DentistryA minimum of 7 years of Australian experienceExperience and confidence delivering complex treatment plans.
