About the role: Reporting to the Portfolio Delivery Leader, the Lead Business Analyst is responsible for planning, requirements definition and prioritisation activities for large complex initiatives and programs of work (primarily in the Digital space) facilitating engagement with various stakeholders and acting as a single point of contact for analysis expertise. Additional responsibilities include:
Plan and drive scoping, requirements definition and prioritisation activities for large, complex initiatives Select, adopt, and adapt appropriate requirements definition and management methods, tools and techniques selecting appropriately from predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches Lead a team of Business Analysts and occasionally backfill into different squads Guide senior management towards accepting change brought about through process and organisational change Monitors progress against agreed quality and performance criteria and acts to facilitate effective working relationships between team members Actively works within the Delivery Portfolio to continuously improve the business analysis methodology and services Be Impactful when you are applying… You possess strong analytical skills and hold a track record of delivering outstanding results and meeting critical timeframes for a variety of different engagements. Your excellent interpersonal & communication skills will see you build strong relationships and rapport with key stakeholders. Additionally;
Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or certifications (CBAP, IIBA) Experience in building and driving high performance teams through servant leadership Driving quality within the requirements management process and supporting the Business Analyst cohort's deliverables through the lifecycle of the program Strong experience working within Digital and/or Customer focused programs/environments Strong experience communicating and collaborating with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, UX Designers, Digital Developers, Delivery Leads etc Hands on experience using Requirements management tools (such as Jira/Confluence) for documenting and tracking requirements Strong experience in developing strong and collaborative relationships and excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills How to Apply: If you're ready to 'light the way' towards your next career move, click the 'Apply' button to submit a confidential application.
