We offer a unique workplace culture andexcellent opportunities to further your personal and professionaldevelopment.About the roleWith a consistent increase in work from some of Australia'slargest home and contents insurers, our Property Damage Recoveriesteam have a brand new opportunity for a lawyer with 2-5 years' PQEto join their team.Working under the guidance of a supportive Partner, thisposition will see you taking instructions and providing initialadvices, drafting pleadings, liaising with clients, insurers andother lawyers, negotiating outcomes and attending to all stages ofthe litigation process. Additionally, there are opportunities toassist in business development.About youIdeally, you will have 2-5 years' PQE working in a law firm, andpreferably have experience handling property damage recoveries forhome and contents or commercial insurers. If you have experience inother motor vehicle claims or areas of insurance and a genuineinterest in property damage, we encourage you to apply.
