Join Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Australia's leading independent law firm. We have an opportunity for an experienced lawyer or associate to join our Banking & Finance practice in Brisbane.
You will work as part of a nationally collaborative team, advising a variety of stakeholders including financiers, borrowers, sponsors and state governments on a wide range of financing transactions. We act for clients across a variety of sectors including energy and renewables, natural resources, property and infrastructure; and through a variety of financial products, including project finance, asset finance, leveraged finance, syndicated debt and debt capital markets.
If you have experience working as a banking and finance lawyer, with demonstrated transactional experience gained in a reputable commercial law firm, we want to hear from you.
