Our Brisbane WRES team advises on all aspects of workplace relations including industrial relations, employment, occupational health and safety and anti-discrimination. Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, the following attributes will be required:
Proven experience working on a range of employment and industrial relations matters (work health and safety experience desirable but not essential)Ability to draft clear, concise, correct and commercial advice and documentsA strong sense of purpose, ambition and a proactive approach to your workStrong people skills; the ability to communicate and build a rapport with our clientsEffective written and verbal communication skills and an ability to communicate with impact to both internal contacts and external clientsA high degree of initiative, dedication and organisational ability with a strong client and commercial focusA proactive attitude towards personal development to expand your skills and knowledge to meet client needsIn addition to this, we're looking for a driven, self-starter; someone who is able to work autonomously and is focused on attention to detail and providing an outstanding service to their clients.The WRES team With some of Australia's leading workplace lawyers we are the go-to team for large organisations with challenging workplace needs.
