As Launch Project Coordinator VIE in our team you will leverage your strong business acumen, collaboration skills, agility, and ability to influence, prioritize, and solve problems to support the strategic priorities and day-to-day operations of the newly formed Autoimmune Type 1 Diabetes (aT1D) franchise in Australia. We are an innovative global healthcare company that helps the world stay ahead of infectious diseases by delivering more than 500 million vaccine doses a year. Main responsibilities: Provide critical input into business and performance management during the early pre-launch phase. Assist in executing and planning commercial pre-launch activities in close collaboration with the Franchise Lead, including project coordination.Collaborate in the co-development and adaptation of the global brand strategy to align with the unique needs of the local market.Execute the global to local brand strategy, including the localization of content and messaging to ensure relevance and impact in the Australian market.Work with cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive local stakeholder engagement strategy, targeting a broad ecosystem of stakeholders.Lead the development and execution of a cross-functional activation strategy, delivering best-in-class campaigns that resonate with the local audience.About you Experience: 1+ year of experience in a similar role or in pharma industry.Soft and Technical skills: Proven brand management and project management capabilities.Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt with agility in a dynamic environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent analytical skills.Extended Microsoft Office knowledge.Ability to work in a matrix environment.Education: Master's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.Languages: Fluency in English and French.Why choose us? iMove is a unique program tailored for European youth interested in challenging themselves with meaningful assignments across the globe.
