About the role
As Site Foreman at LANDCON PTY LTD, you will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities and ensuring the successful and timely completion of projects. This full-time role is based in Gladesville NSW 2111, the development is a mixed-use residential commercial building comprising of 65 residential apartments and 4 commercial suites over 6 stories and a 2-level basement parking.
What you'll be doing Organising and supervising construction teams to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard. Coordinating with project managers to ensure adherence to project plans, budgets, and timelines. Monitoring workers' performance and providing feedback and guidance as needed. Identifying and resolving any issues or risks that arise on the construction site. Ensuring all construction activities comply with relevant safety and building regulations. Maintaining detailed records of the project's progress and communicating updates to key stakeholders. What we're looking for Significant experience as a Site Foreman or similar construction supervisory role. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment, and safety protocols. Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to lead and motivate construction teams to deliver high-quality work. Working knowledge of relevant construction regulations and standards. Proficiency in reading and interpreting project plans, blueprints, and specifications. What we offer
