Key responsibilities of this challenging and rewarding role include: Consulting with government authorities and stakeholders to ensure projects are developed in a timely manner consistent with our acquisition strategy and feasibilityUtilising and managing our specialist consultants to achieve planning and development objectivesPreparing budgets for each development project. Monitoring actual costs against budget and investigating variances on a timely basisManage and drive the delivery of civil construction and landscaping infrastructure across multiple projects on time and on budgetEnsuring all land development activity is undertaken in accordance with law and that the Group meets all relevant compliance obligationsDeveloping and setting KPI's and targets for land development activitiesDrive and lead the land development team to achieve KPI'sAlong with being reliable, loyal and trustworthy, it is essential that you have the following attributes: Experience in land development and the construction industryProfessional presentationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOutstanding attention to detailAbility to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a teamProven ability to achieve objectives and demonstrate actual resultsFocused, driven and motivatedA positive energy with a 'can-do' attitudeProblem solving and negotiation skillsAbility to remain calm under pressureExcellent organisational and time management skillsA high level of motivation and ability to think outside of the square
