Description: Manage existing land contracts with host landowners.Obtain invoices from landowners and liaise with the Accounts team for their payment.Negotiate Land Contract Variations/Extensions or new contracts, with the support of external legal advisors.Profile: Good interpersonal skills.Availability to travel interstate, sometimes at short notice.Knowledge/experience in Property Law, Leases, Licences, and Easements.Knowledge or at least interest in the Renewable Energy Industry.Job Type: Permanent - Full-time
