This exciting opportunity for a skilled Communications Officer is open to candidates with 3 years experience at the APS5 or APS6 level!
This role is perfect for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is passionate about delivering exceptional communication strategies and content.
Key Responsibilities: Internal Communication Strategies : Assist in the delivery of internal communication strategies and campaigns, ensuring consistent and effective messaging across the organisation.
Digital Platforms and Social Media : Oversee the upkeep and updates of digital platforms, websites, and social media channels, ensuring content is engaging and up-to-date.
Content Creation : Create, edit, and proofread content, ensuring all collateral aligns with the agency's style guide and branding guidelines.
Media Management : Anticipate and respond to media and engagement requests.
Develop media products including talking points, media releases, media briefs, and fact sheets.
Facilitate enquiries from media outlets, the general public, and other stakeholders.
Campaign Delivery : Assist in the successful delivery of communication campaigns, from planning to execution.
Corporate Reporting : Develop and oversee corporate reporting processes, including the Corporate Plan and Annual Report.
Brand and Reputation Management : Contribute to activities related to the agency's branding and reputation management.
Stakeholder Engagement : Establish and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate on agency-wide communication outputs.
Administrative and Research Tasks : Conduct administrative and research tasks, using judgement and problem-solving skills to analyse information and make sound decisions and recommendations.
Project Management : Manage projects independently, organising workflow and making decisions based on your responsibilities.
